Our Team
We work alongside our clients, in partnership.
With expertise in mental capacity and elder law, we support individual clients and their families where disability, ill health or age make it hard for a person to make their own decisions.
Our aim is to understand what is important to our clients.
We then look for legal solutions that enable our clients to achieve their goals, in a straightforward and cost-effective way.
Our team is led by Sheree Green, the Director of Greenchurch, and a solicitor with over 25 years’ experience in advising older clients, and representing and supporting adults who may be at risk.
Sheree is a member of the Office of the Public Guardian panel of professional deputies.
She is former Chair of the Law Society Mental Health and Disability Committee, and a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly.
