About Us

Greenchurch is an independent firm of solicitors, specialising in Court of Protection and private client services, including mental health.

“We believe that all our clients deserve the best advice and excellent service.”

But no two clients are the same. No two lives are lived in the same way. So it is important that we understand our clients’ situation. It’s personal.

Many of our clients have a disability, or care for a person with a disability.

Other clients are planning for their own future.

It is important to us that each client is able to access quality legal advice that supports them to

  • make their own choices, and
  • safeguards their financial future

We believe that clients are right to expect transparency and fairness, when it comes to cost.

Our Team

We work alongside our clients, in partnership.

With expertise in mental capacity, mental health and elder law, we support individual clients and their families where disability, ill health or age make it hard for a person to make their own decisions.

Our aim is to understand what is important to our clients.

We then look for legal solutions that enable our clients to achieve their goals, in a straightforward and cost-effective way.

Our team is led by Sheree Green, the Director of Greenchurch, and a solicitor with over 25 years’ experience in advising older clients, and representing and supporting adults who may be at risk.

Sheree is a member of the Office of the Public Guardian panel of professional deputies.

She is former Chair of the Law Society Mental Health and Disability Committee, and a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly.
