Greenchurch Legal secures Mental Health Contract

Mental Health concerns us all – and we want to play our part

Greenchurch Legal is pleased to announce we have been granted a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to provide mental health law services across the Midlands and East. We are particularly delighted to be able to provide these services to the people of Stoke-on-Trent – our new operational base.

We can now advise individuals who are impacted by mental ill-health and specifically we can represent men, women and children who are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 – and those who live outside of hospital but are subject to community treatment orders or conditional discharges.

We will also provide advice to those with other mental health or mental capacity related legal problems.

 It’s personal!

Our Director, Sheree Green, is a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and has many years’ experience in providing advice, representation and training in all aspects of mental health law.

Sheree is also Chair of the Law Society Mental Health and Disability Committee.

Sheree will be representing our clients and looking after their cases personally – from start to finish.
